This office is amazing. I haven’t been to see a dentist in a very long time so I was pretty anxious and honestly, embarrassed due to my lack of care. Front desk staff were so great. I really appreciate Jessica helping me with an issue with my insurance and making sure I was still seen. Dr. Hayes was amazing. Very caring, thorough, easy to talk to and made sure to explain everything my X-rays were showing and what that meant for me. My in office treatments that were recommended made sense, I didn’t feel like I was being over sold things I didn’t really need. Jessica to the rescue again, she helped me get the most discounted cost she could in addition to my insurance and considering dental care can be very expensive, I appreciated the extra help. Dr. Hayes was very clear with aftercare instructions, what I could expect and had me make a follow up appointment. This office cares and it shows. UPDATE because dental work is never just easy: I returned for a consultation with Dr. Wong. She was very kind, easy to talk to and explained everything I would need to know about the work I needed done. She even squeezed me in same day which I’m grateful for because if I scheduled and went home and had time to Google I probably wouldn’t have returned. While the procedure itself was not the coolest Dr. Wong and her assistant made sure I could not feel a thing. Literally a thing. All my Rx had already been called in to my pharmacy and I was sent home with clear after care instructions and a phone number to reach Dr. Wong at if I had any questions afterwards. Super cool because who doesn’t have little things happen and panic? Dr. Wong called me the day after my surgery to make sure everything was going ok and if I had any questions or concerns. it was very reassuring. I still don’t like going to the dentist but this office and its staff make me feel less anxious about it even if it means super awesome dental surgery.

I was worried that I had an infected root canal tooth prior to a neurosurgery, and Dr Hayes went the extra mile to take another x-ray and get it reviewed by the endodontist for a second opinion. I also informed my neurosurgeon who ran additional tests. I want to thank Dr Hayes for her compassion and truly exceptional efforts to help and comfort me.❤️

I had surgery done today to clean out a deep pocket and close it back up. The procedure was done by Dr. Wong and-I’m sorry I don’t remember the name of the surgical assistant. I had this same surgery done years ago but this was a whole different experience. Today it was completely painless and not a big deal whereas the previous time it was very uncomfortable and kinda scary. I feel fortunate to have had this done by Dr. Wong and can rest assured that today’s procedure will keep this section of my mouth in great condition probably for the rest of my life.
